Flat Wart
A flat wart is caused by the same virus as a vaginal wart or penile wart.
Verruca plana juvenilis can be found on the face, the body, trunk, legs and feet. The HPV virus is very contagious and is spread by picking them and cutting them while shaving, thus sharing razors is ill-advised. A weakened immune system makes a person more vulnerable to the virus.

A flesh-colored growth of small size, occurring in groups, commonly found on the face of children. This growth is often associated with the common variety that appears on the hands, caused by Human Papilloma Virus, types 3 and 10. Another name for this HPV growth is verruca plana juvenilis. A flat wart is caused by the same virus as a vaginal wart or penile wart.
