Vaginal Wart

A vaginal wart may indicate vaginal dysplasia or an ASCUS pap. This virus is very contagious and is contracted usually from sexual contact. The common variety of the virus that appears on hands and feet are different forms of HPV and cannot be transmitted to the genitals. There are many treatments available for this condition. When visual symptoms appear, they can be large, cauliflower-shaped growths to tiny bumps. Studies show that as many as 50% of women infected with HPV do not show outward symptoms and are unaware they have the virus. This is a big factor in the spread of the virus. A vaginal wart may indicate vaginal dysplasia or an ASCUS pap.
